.. design
eetteri studio’s product development starts with the selection of articles focusing on products where there is a genuine opportunity to increase product’s value by design. added design value truly improves the user’s quality of life, freeing up time and other resources, that would otherwise fall on weak, single purpose products
good examples of such products are the universal syli™ hi-tech women’s coat and pouch™ belt with considered, innovative functionality and quality at the basis of the product development
.. production
eetteri studio has fully embraced 3d softwares. the studio uses them from design to communication, reducing the environmental impact, and lead time. external service providers are used in sourcing and printing, while holding the design, product, and sales in studio’s own hands
3d design is gradually bringing the clothing industry, lagging behind other design fields, towards the present day, where software takes more responsibility of intellectual work. they allow a greater part of humanity to be directed for other tasks
as for now, AI is not a part of eetteri studio’s design process. due to its structure, AIs operate at quality levels that do not meet the studio’s requirements
circularity
quality is sustainability
good design changes how we feel, think, and act. eetteri studio’s products are functional, forward looking, and fit for a universal, cross-cultural society. their quality carries for years, decades, even generations. the best quality is our service to our user, and thereby the ecosystem, cultivating a long term commitment between the user and the product

cruelty free
material wise, eetteri studio is committed to the best. in some applications this means synthetic, in others organic. the decision is made separately for each product, taking into account the intended use and comfort factors, as well as the ethical weight attached to the material
while all productions have an environmental impact, animal-derived materials are only considered in cases where there are no functionally equivalent alternatives available. although wool, silk and leather all have special properties, other materials can achieve equally good or even better results
multi-purpose
when a product is multi-purpose, it frees up resources from multiple angles. single-use not only ties resources to the products, but also storing them unused burdens the ecosystem. in addition to physical resources, the user also spends more mental resources when purchasing multiple products instead of one high-quality, well-thought-out product. such quality is not only passed down from generation to generation in land and buildings, but also in timeless design products
circular
eetteri studio’s designs are in most cases universal, easy-to-love, inheritable, and if all else fails, mono-material. when a product no longer serves its user, its recycling is significantly easier when it is not composed of several different materials, such as mixtures of synthetic and organic fibers. we take such factors into account right from the design table, serving not only users but also the ecosystem
